With great joy our students in 7th Grades and 1st Courses also received respectively their Key English Test (KET) and Preliminary English Test (PET) diplomas from the University of Cambridge. At SIL we know about the importance of bilingual education, and this is the reason why this cornerstone of our education is strengthened by renowned international exams. We are very proud to share with you the achievement obtained by our students Kevin and Leticia, who won the Silver Medal at the The International Sustainable World Energy, Engineering, and Environment Project (ISWEEEP, in Houston Texas, United States), where once again our students left the name of San Ignacio de Loyola School and Paraguay well on top. It is with great pride that we share all the awards obtained by our students of Debate Club of SIL, in the Debate Tournament of the ASA, in which they obtained the first position in the Categories Expert Team and Novice Team. Our students met the challenge of students of the SEK School , Colegio del Sol, Liceo Francés, Faith Christian School, among others.

Within the framework of the Educational Project “Sports and Business: A winning fusion”, the Intercolegial SIL Coca Cola Barcos &Rodados 2016 was inaugurated during a press conference. The event will be held on the 15th , 16th, 17th and 21th, 22th, 23th, 24th of April, in the sport facilities of San Ignacio de Loyola School and will count on the participation of more than 28 schools of the capital.

Today the First General Assembly of the year was held, and for this reason, as is traditional, the students of the Third Courses delivered the beautiful medallions of San Ignacio de Loyola to the students of the First Grades, which represent the welcome to school life, which the entire SIL community offers to our little ones. It was a moment of great joy and emotion!

Representative students of the SIL Class of 2016 visited the Escuela Especial Don Luis Braille, where they donated obstacle-detecting canes for the blind, designed by they themselves. They spent time with the students of the Escuela, to whom they explained how the devices worked and they tested them together.
