Sweet Home was re-opened, a space especially created for our “little SIL students” where recreation, fun, and joy are found all together in the same space. Visit of Ninth Grades to the National Congress

Within the framework of the Parlasil Project (a simulacrum of a parliamentary session), the students of the Ninth Grade visited the National Congress, where they were received by representatives of the Public Relations area of Chamber of Deputies Victor Attis and Marta Alonso who guided the visit of the students and explained the functions of the Legislative Branch and of the legislators in particular, with reference to the formulation and passing of laws, the function of the committees as well as the key concepts which allowed them to comprehend the legislative dynamic. The visit included the Museum of Sacred Art Roque Gonzalez de Santacruz where they were received by a specialist who shared with them the rich history of the site.

Forum BATAN 2016

A new edition of the Foro BATAN 2016, with the theme “Paraguay, Human Talent: Development in our Country”, was held. This event had numerous speakers: The human resource company JOBS presented the topic of team building to the students with an activity that focused on the creation and development of businesses. The University San Ignacio de Loyola presented Karen Coronel, B.A., of the consulting firm GROW, who spoke of the importance of values in the development of human talent and of the challenges of gender in the workplace. . Also ex-students Javier Viveros and Veronica Ortega shared their successful experiences in business.
